Life is simply hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be challenging to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I truly love the taste of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the motivation I need to tackle the day.

Of course, I also know that sleep is essential. But sometimes, when you're powering through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly tired, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).

No judgement here – we all have our habits/guilty pleasures. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my comical coffee hoodies goals.

Life's a jumbled mess. We crash headlong into each moment, powered by that miracle elixir. It's an absolute rollercoaster and we wouldn't have it any worse.

When life gets stressful, and the usual self-care practices aren't cutting it, I turn to my unconventional source of peace: a trusty French Press. This therapeutic process of crushing beans, mixing hot water, and patiently steeping for the perfect concoction becomes my meditation. Each sip carries with it a wave of tranquility, grounding me in the present moment.

Let's be real, adulting/being responsible/keeping it together is a tough/grueling/real pain. Between work/school/trying to figure out life, there's barely time/energy/motivation left for anything else. That's where coffee comes in.
